Scotchman offers a complete line of programmable go-to stop systems that allow you to enter a part length and the stop will advance to that position quickly and accurately. The Stop System can move one length at a time, or be programmed with a series and quantities of cut lengths for faster operation. There is no need for a tape measure to set the length stops again. The Scotchman system can use fractions, decimals, or millimeters.
The Advanced Feed System allows companies to increase productivity, decrease set-up time, reduce operator error and eliminate waste. The Scotchman Advanced Feed System, connected with the interlock kit, turns your semi-automatic machine into a fully automatic production machine.
This versatile system comes complete with a programmable controller, allowing you to store up to 99 programs. The system automatically moves your material to position, clamps the material, and cycles the machine.
