We are proud to be an American manufacturer, but we’ve always been export-minded. In fact, in 1981, Scotchman Industries was granted the President’s “E” Certificate for Exports by the Secretary of Commerce for excellence in increased exporting of products.
Today, we continue to export ironworkers, cold saws, and other metal fabrication products to many countries around the world as well as domestically.
Our complete line of 13 different hydraulic ironworkers, ranging in capacities from 45 to 150 tons, are available in three distinct styles: component tool table design, fully integrated (European-style), and dual operator. Scotchman is headquartered in Philip, S.D., which has a population of 779 residents. Our facility encompasses 120,000 square feet of manufacturing space and employs 75 people with a network of over 500 distributors nationwide. In addition, we sell products in over 50 countries with consistent markets in Mexico and Canada and fair markets across the Pacific Rim.
