New Product ALERT!

Scotchman Redefines Performance with Its Most Advanced Ironworker Yet

At Scotchman Industries, innovation isn’t just part of what we do — it’s who we are. That’s why we’re proud to announce the newest addition to our industry-leading lineup of American-made ironworkers: the FI 125.

This fully integrated, 125-ton machine is the most advanced ironworker we’ve ever built, engineered to deliver unmatched performance, precision, and productivity for today’s most demanding fabrication shops.

Built to Perform. Engineered to Last.

The FI 125 was designed from the ground up for high-volume, repetitive operations. With five built-in workstations and a single-operator layout, it maximizes shop efficiency without compromising power or safety. Whether you're punching, shearing, or notching, the FI 125 is ready to take on your toughest jobs — day after day, shift after shift.

“Pound for pound, ton for ton, and dollar for dollar — it’s unmatched by any ironworker on the market.”
— Brad Heltzel, General Manager

Serious Power, Unmatched Versatility

The FI 125 brings serious strength to the table: it can punch a 1-1/2-inch hole through 1-inch mild steel effortlessly. And it’s not just about power — it’s also about control. Standard features like adjustable electric stroke control, LED work lighting, and a remote electric foot pedal make operating this machine smooth, safe, and precise.

Here’s a closer look at what’s included:

Key Standard Features:

  • 125-ton punch station with keyed ram for added safety
  • 6” x 6” x 1/2” angle iron shear
  • 4” channel iron blades (optional 2”, 3”, 5”, or 6” blades available)
  • Optional rod shear blades can replace channel iron blades
  • Rectangular notcher: handles up to 3” x 5” x 1/2”
  • 20” flat bar shear: cuts up to 1” x 18” or 3/4” x 20”
  • Punch jog control, LED work lights, and electric remote foot pedal
  • Adjustable stroke control, emergency stop, and full safety guarding

The machine also includes a 2-stage hydraulic pump, electric valves, and built-in forklift accommodations, making it both powerful and portable for real-world shop applications.

Built for the Future of Fabrication

In addition to its robust standard equipment, the FI 125 is compatible with a wide range of optional tooling — from press brakes and tube shears to custom-built solutions tailored to your shop’s unique needs. Plus, it accepts a variety of optional channel and rod shear blades, making it one of the most versatile ironworkers on the market today.

“This isn’t just an upgrade — it’s a game-changer.”
— Mike Albrecht, National Sales Manager
