Programmable Length Stop or Material Pusher

This programmable measuring system eliminates operator error and is easily programmed to measure length or has the ability to push material to a desired length. Simply enter a part length and the stop will advance to that position quickly and accurately. This Stop/Pusher System can move one length at a time or be programmed with a series of lengths & quantities for faster operation.

The RG Stop/Pusher System can be used as a "go to" stop or as a semi-automatic push feed system. It uses Windows-based technology with touch screen controls. The system can be mounted to feed left to right OR right to left. Available in lengths from 8' to 30'. The Stop/Pusher system can be paired with the punch stations of the Scotchman Ironworkers and Scotchman Cold Saws.
