I'm a self confessed tool snob and I'm not gonna get all chatty kathy on this page about products I don't count on everyday, I'll say this, Scotchman Ind. has exceeded every expectation I had in deciding to go with them. Durability, customer service, and quality are superb. Homegrown business making machines in the U.S.A. Also, and you can disagree with me if you like, they don't post up fake and artificially enhanced women at FABTECH to sell Ironworkers. That fact alone heavily swayed my opinion to go with Scotchman. If you gotta use silicone to sell machines you've put your company culture and marketing interests in the wrong place.

This is my second Scotchman Ironworker. My first was a 40-ton, this one is a 50-ton. With the attachments, dependable, convenience, simplicity, low maintenance, user-friendly machines that are available, my opinion is that the Scotchman machines are the best on the market! I would recommend Scotchman equipment to any business, large or small. I just can't say enough good things about Scotchman equipment. We used the 40-ton in our industrial business for about 15 years. As our company grew we decided we needed another machine to be able to get some of our larger short-notice jobes done in time to meet dead lines, so we bought a 50-ton unit with more optional tooling attachments for it.
