Open Conveyors - IW Series

Your ironworker can only do so much on its own. Open Conveyors IW Series picks up the rest. Welded, heavy-duty construction that doesn't flex under thick plate or bulky stock. Built for ironworkers, but plenty of shops run them next to a bandsaw too, and the extra reach earns its keep either way.

• Heavy-duty, welded construction conveyors are designed for heavier material use.
• Adjustable height: min of 26” to max of 43”. Max weight capacity: 850lbs/ft. Roller spacing: 12” apart.
• Used with our ironworkers, but they could also be used for material handling of bigger bundles(Bandsaws, e.g.).
• These are considered standalone systems, come in 5 ft sections, but can be bolted together for longer lengths.
• These can accept the optional angle support arms, which mount into predrilled holes on the conveyor.

• Height adjusts from 26 in. up to 43 in. Fits almost any floor layout.
• Rated for 850 lbs. per foot. Built with heavier plate and bar stock in mind.
• Rollers land every 12 in., keeping material moving evenly end to end.
• Comes in 5 ft. sections. Bolt more together as your line stretches out.
