CPO-350 Automatic Cold Saw Brings Precision Cutting and Direct-to-Metal Printing
Scotchman Industries has introduced the CPO-350 Automatic Cold Saw, a high-precision metal cutting solution designed to increase productivity, accuracy, and workflow automation in modern fabrication shops.
Engineered for steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous materials, the CPO-350 delivers fully automatic cold sawing with integrated material feed, reducing manual handling while improving cut consistency and throughput.
Automatic Cold Saw Built for Production Efficiency
The CPO-350 features a fully automatic cutting cycle with an air-operated, double-vise clamping system that produces clean, burr-free cuts. A pneumatic power-down feed with electric controls ensures smooth, controlled operation, while manual mitering from 45° left to 45° right provides flexibility for a wide range of fabrication applications.
At its core is a double-reduction, hardened and ground worm and wheel gearbox, delivering durability and reliable performance in high-volume production environments.
Integrated Direct-to-Metal Printing for BIM-Driven Fabrication
A key differentiator of the CPO-350 is its direct-to-metal printing capability. Through BIM software and automation integration, the system can mark tubing and profiles with critical information such as:
