DBS-3 Dual Belt Sander
The Scotchman DBS-3 is a stationary dual belt sander built for fabrication shops that need more power, more precision, and better build quality than a handheld belt sander can deliver. Where handheld power tools require the operator to control both the tool and the material simultaneously, the DBS-3 mounts to an adjustable stand and keeps the sanding process consistent and controlled.
Running two independent 3" x 48" belts at 60 feet per second via a 1.0 HP dual-shaft motor, the DBS-3 handles deburring, weld blending, and precision surface prep on metal with the repeatability that shop-mounted power tools provide over handheld alternatives.
